The standout dish is undoubtedly the fish and chips, frequently praised as the best in the area. The crispy batter and fresh fish hit the spot every time.

Many customers equally enjoy the varied Chinese dishes available, particularly the chicken balls and curries that add a flavorful twist to their meals.

Generous portion sizes contribute to its popularity, allowing diners to satisfy their hunger without breaking the bank.

The free spring rolls with orders have become a cherished touch, showing attention to customer delight.

Finally, the courteous and polite staff enhances the overall experience, making each visit a pleasure.

Most Disliked

One common issue is the temporary closure, which can be a disappointment for regular customers eagerly awaiting their favorite dishes. The reopening date is a sigh of relief for many, yet some impatience lingers.

Some patrons wish for a more extensive vegetarian menu, as the options mainly lean towards meat-based dishes.

Despite the accessible features, a few customers mentioned that the seating could be improved to better accommodate larger groups.

Lastly, the cash-only policy occasionally frustrates those who prefer to pay with cards, reminding diners to bring cash.

Great food and polite service, both over the phone and in the chippy. Bought for a lot of people in my last order and the food was spot on, and the free spring rolls were a lovely and delicious touch. Will always go back

The fish is the best around here. Chips are amazing too. Satay sauce and curry sauce are really tasty. Kids always eat the lot. Very good portion size for the money. Our regular chippy even though we have to travel.....

Seriously rate this place, the huge variety of Chinese food is delicious (we've tried most of the dishes haha) and the fish and chips are equally incredible with a great portion to fill the emptiest belies! To top it off, the staff there are very friendly and polite. Must try takeaway, just bring cash as the don't accept cards.

The best Fish & Chips in the area, but sometimes the chicken balls can be a bit hit and miss. I'm rating the Fish & Chips as excellent and I travel miles for a good chippy.
